Usage Policy
This Usage Policy ("Policy") explains the rules that apply when you access or use Mogic ("App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy. Our goal is to foster creative collaboration while keeping the community safe, respectful, and compliant with applicable laws. Mogic maintains a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users, and violations will result in immediate account action.
1. Respectful Collaboration
- Engage with teammates constructively and avoid harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
- Share content that you have the right to distribute and credit collaborators where appropriate.
- Report abusive behavior to support@mogic.app.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
Mogic maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for:
- Objectionable content including but not limited to: harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristics.
- Abusive behavior toward other users, staff, or any individuals.
- Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
- Adult sexual content or any exploitative material involving minors.
- Any attempt to circumvent our safety and security measures.
Violations of this zero tolerance policy will result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without warning
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable
- Legal action if necessary
We do not provide warnings for severe violations. Your account may be terminated immediately upon discovery of prohibited conduct.
3. Prohibited Content (Details)
In addition to our zero tolerance policy above, the following provides detailed examples of prohibited content:
You may not upload, share, or otherwise make available content that:
- Violates privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware, spyware, or code designed to interfere with system integrity.
- Promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal activities.
- Includes adult sexual content or exploitative imagery involving minors.
4. Security & Abuse
You must not interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Mogic’s services without written permission.
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, index, or overload the App.
5. Data Protection
Mogic processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for securing the content you upload and ensuring that sharing data complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
6. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting Mogic to third-party services, ensure you have the right to grant access and that the integration follows each provider's terms. Mogic is not responsible for third-party services or their data handling practices.
7. Enforcement
We actively monitor and investigate violations of this Policy. Mogic takes immediate action against violators and cooperates fully with law enforcement where required.
Mogic reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior warning
- Remove any content that violates this Policy
- Report violations to appropriate authorities
- Take legal action when necessary to safeguard the community
- Ban devices or IP addresses associated with repeat violations
Our zero tolerance approach means that severe violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without opportunity for appeal.
8. Reporting Violations
To report policy violations or security incidents, email support@mogic.app with a description of the issue, relevant context, and any supporting evidence. We review urgent matters promptly.
9. Policy Updates
We may revise this Policy to reflect new features, security requirements, or regulatory obligations. Material changes will be communicated in the App or via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
